These Terms govern your use of SchedulePost (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SchedulePost lets you compose, schedule, and automatically publish content to social platforms you connect, and offers optional AI-assisted drafting, planning, and review.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your connected platform authorizations current. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to post to any account you connect.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store your content and publish it to the platforms and at the times you direct. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the terms of each platform you post to.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or abusive content.
Do not use it to spam, mislead, or violate any platform's policies or API terms.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service relies on third-party platforms (e.g. Google, LinkedIn) and AI providers (Anthropic). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by those platforms, including the rejection or removal of posts.

6. AI features

AI-generated drafts and reviews are provided as assistance and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published.

7. Beta program & early access

SchedulePost is currently in beta, and some features (including the AI agent) are still in development. If you join the beta tester waitlist or use early-access features, you understand they are provided free of charge during the beta, may be incomplete or unstable, and may change or be discontinued at any time. We may contact you by email about early access and related updates; you can opt out at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every scheduled post will be published successfully or on time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from posts that fail to publish, publish incorrectly, or are removed by a platform.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
